Terms & Conditions – CMR Car Storage

1. Storage Fees and Billing

Storage is billed monthly in advance. All payments must be received before the start of each storage period.

2. Minimum Storage Term

The minimum storage duration is 3 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Insurance & Liability

While we maintain insurance cover for stored vehicles, we strongly recommend all customers maintain comprehensive personal vehicle insurance throughout the storage term.

4. Vehicle Access

Access to your vehicle is available Monday to Saturday, during working hours, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Access requests outside these hours or at short notice may incur a call-out fee.

5. Termination Notice

To end your storage contract, a minimum of 30 days’ notice must be provided in writing.

6. Overdue Accounts

If your account falls more than 3 months in arrears, we reserve the right to disallow access to your vehicle until your account is brought up to date.
