CMR Car Storage offers seasonal winter car storage in Cornwall, from our facility near Callington, for owners across Cornwall and Devon — Plymouth, Saltash, Tavistock, Liskeard, Truro and Bodmin. Put the car away for the winter, collect it clean and running in spring.
What winter storage covers
A dedicated indoor bay, a CTEK smart battery conditioner connected right through the cold months, a breathable cover, a safe wash on arrival, and 24/7 monitored CCTV backed by a police-linked, professionally monitored dual-com alarm system. Why a winter off the road matters
Road salt goes for exactly the places a classic can't afford it — sills, arches, brake lines, the underside. A car that's washed, dried and stored for the winter isn't accumulating that damage. Batteries also hate the cold: keeping the car on a conditioner through the frosts means it turns over in March rather than sitting flat and sulphated.

Booked in, ready for spring
Before you collect, we'll give the car a safe wash and a once-over so it's presentable and road-ready — not something you have to recommission yourself. Collection needs 48 hours' notice, and covered transport can be arranged if you'd rather not drive it home.
The building near Callington is secure indoor storage, not climate-controlled; the battery conditioning, cover and monitoring are what see the car through the winter.
